Wonderful holiday fantastic villa

by Allison 2025-05-28

We have stayed at Legacy Park 3 times now and this was just as good as before. It's my first time using this company but I will definitely use them again. Fantastic villa in a lovely area with no issues at all. The people next door were so nice they even asked if we wanted to join in the Memorial Day celebrations. Had an issue with the pool pump but they sorted it out at once. Would recommend 😊👍🏻

Amazing stay ❤️

The house was beautiful and well-kept.

by Megan 2023-11-12

The house was beautiful and well-kept. Very spacious and in a great location. Pre-purchase the heated pool option before you arrive-we were unaware of this but everything was taken care of and the staff responded quickly and respectfully! Highly Recommend!

Great stay!

by Alison 2023-08-30

Great stay! Host was very responsive with any little thing we needed.

Everything was great from start to finish.

by Micah 2023-07-22

Everything was great from start to finish. brought some of my youth group on our annual summer trip to Orlando, and this place did not disappoint. Very responsive thru simple text, asking them to lower the thermostat to 70, was done within an hour and stayed adequately cool for the duration of our stay. The only difference than the photos was the led strip on the ceiling of the gameroom was not there, but that is not a problem or a deal breaker. Was able to really feel at home, with plenty of dining area, and space to hang out. We weren't able to use the pool, because we were at the theme parks from daylight until close everyday, but it looked clean and clear. Would highly recommend for a party of 10, and fairly priced as well. No real complaints about Eagle, or any communication. We prayed over the home when we arrived, and when we left, so be blessed!

Had a great time with the family there.

by Eric 2023-07-15

Had a great time with the family there. Was about 40 minutes from Universal Studios. They lots of towels for the pool out back. Nice rooms for and enough space for everyone. I am a family of 6 plus my sister in law and everyone had a bed plus another to spare so a lot of space. All in all, it was a great place to stay during our vacation

Beautiful impeccable house!

Beautiful house, very clean, exactly as in the pictures. The game room and pool were fantastic my family and I had a great time. We had problems with the internet but we communicated with management and they were very helpful. I recommend this place to anyone.

Nice stay

Great experience!

by Noah 2023-02-27

Great experience! This Vrbo house was one of the best parts of our recent Orlando vacation. The pool and game rooms were a huge hit with our family (2 adults, 3 kids). There was plenty of room to spread out if someone needed some space. To be honest we didn't even use two of the bedrooms. The only minor issue is that there were no instructions on how to use the pool controls, but we figured it out eventually. Everything else was great! We will as absolutely go with a Vrbo house over a hotel if they are anything like this one

Excellent follow-up and response time

by Oscar 2023-04-04

Excellent follow-up and response time, well managed.

We loved our stay.

by Lori 2022-10-02

We loved our stay. Check in was easy and clear instructions were provided. The pictures did accurately represent the property. We were there during hurricane Ian and they sent email communications notifying our party of the incoming hurricane and provided contact information and instructions on how to prepare for the storm. After the storm they followed up with us and sent a company representative to check on us and the property and to assist with setting the patio furniture back up. We will 100% book with rent a villa again in the future.

Nice and up-to-date

The house was great.

by Yaakov 2022-04-24

The house was great. The game room was great for the kids, large kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. The pool was kinda small and pretty shallow (hard to actually swim) but great to just cool down and relax. Overall, nice and clean with a great setup.

Great home for our family vacation

by Jodie 2022-03-01

The home was perfect for our family vacation. We had paid extra to have the pool heated, our grandchildren loved swimming every day in the pool after spending our day at Disney

My family and I, really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house

by Yessica 2021-08-26

My family and I, really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. I greatly appreciate the prompt response with any concerns or issues I had during our stay. Such issues for minor nothing big. I had an issue the night I got to the house, got a response that same night and someone went out to the house to fix it next day. Other than that everything was great, me and my family had a blast kids enjoyed the pool and having the game room was a plus! Disney Parks were a 20-30 min drive which was also great. I really loved the neighborhood very quiet and felt safe. Thank you so much for everything and would definitely book again with rent a villa “eagle” in the near future.
