This was my anniversary trip with family and friends. We enjoyed ourselves and the place was big enough for us all. We simply would book again as everything is nearby and the hosts were nice.

There were 10 of us
by Janet
There were 10 of us (4 adults and 6 children from ages 6 to 13. We had more than enough room. The pool was lovely and the kids enjoyed the pool as much as Disney! Beds were comfortable and glassware and dishes plenty and excellent although we generally bring paper plates and solo cups for easy clean up!

Pool heat was well worth the money! The house was spacious and clean. No issues. The kids also loved to community pool and lazy river. We would stay here again
This property was perfect for our family vacation
by Chelsey
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house is large enough for 3 families. Spacious, clean and clubhouse was only a 5 minute walk. We had an issue with pool heat and the issue was rectified immediately. Some other vacationers at the clubhouse expressed that there pools weren't heated very well. This one was awesome! The spa reached hot tub temps and the pool was nice and warm. Kitchen is stocked very well which made cooking very easy. Reasonable distance to Disney (20 minute drive in regular traffic, 30 minute drive in heavy traffic) and Universal (25 minutes in regular traffic, 45 minutes in heavy traffic) Cocoa Beach was a 1.5 hour drive. 10 out of 10, would recommend. Will for sure stay here again.
Place was as described and we enjoyed the clubhouse amenities!

Place was as described and we enjoyed the clubhouse amenities! We had an issue at check-in with the gate code and the host was quick to resolve it! I would absolutely stay again!

The house is just as it is in the pictures
by Amy
The house is just as it is in the pictures, big, spacious, and very close to the clubhouse. Eagle management was very responsive. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Pool heat was great. Some local things near-bye, but you definitely need a rental car. We had some loud party neighbors for a few nights so you just never know about the noise but Eagle Management proffered to contact security. Overall would stay again for the quality and price.
Good review
by Lauren
We had a wonderful stay, the home is beautiful. Just to update you-they are not strict on parking. No tag was needed or anything. Also u do not need a code for the gate, you just pull up & it opens. Also, I want to mention Victoria Herrera who was exceptional. She checked us in on Saturday. She was a breath of fresh air after the long trip. She made us feel welcome & gave me her card if I needed anything. Not only is she super sweet but professional. Also I reached out about the hot tub & the responses were quick. Everyone of your staff has been awesome. Thank u for having us! :) Lauren
The house is beautiful,
by Keisha
The house is beautiful, clean, updated, decorated nicely, and in a nice gated community. The pool and hot tub is amazing. Check in was very simple. Home offered more than enough room for a family of 6 adults - with room for more. Location to restaurants and shopping was perfect. Didn’t get a chance to visit the clubhouse and pool but a drive by of such appeared to be really nice. Previous reviews noted the need of repair to pool table - such is still in need of repair to ensure the pool balls remain in the corner pockets. Previous reviews noted fixture fall from wall - my experience for such was the towel rack in 2 of the bathrooms - but, I was able to put it back. The repair seems to be a simple fix of just securing the fixtures to the wall. However, for me - these issues are definitely NOT a deal breaker as the home is truly amazing! Thank you Eagle for a wonderful stay 😊

The house is spacious
by Scott
The house is spacious and well located in a gated community. The management company responded quickly to the needs of towels, trash bags, etc. The pool area was very nice and all rooms were as pictured in the ad.
Four Corners Villa
by Darrell
The villa was great for our large family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of gathering space. Well maintained and management staff was very responsive to our requests. Opportunities for improvement - pool heat was tricky and it wasn't until the second or third day that it heated the spa; requested a four burner grill and received a three; last night of stay, very loud party next door until 2:00 a.m.

Nice house, great location
by Myrna
Our family of 9 enjoyed staying at Villa San Marco. Definitely plenty of room. Easy walk to clubhouse which had a lovely lazy river. The house pool was great too but bottom of pool is rough on toes and feet but still great! Very clean except some stains on carpet stairs only. Kitchen is nice size but scant number of pots, pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls. Had to call office regarding 2 minor things and they were quick to respond and quick to fix the problem. Thank you for a great stay. **Rent A Villa reply** Thank you so much for your review. We are so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay with us. We have advised the homecare team to re-stock the kitchen for future guests. Orlando Rent A Villa Team

Great last minute vaca - will return!
by Jennifer
Booked a last minute vacation at this beautiful resort/home. The house is in an ideal location to the clubhouse - just enough of a walk to get some good sunshine and exercise and close enough for my 13 and 14 year old to go freely over to the basketball courts and gym on their own. The house was everything that the pics show - clean and functional! We had one minor issue, but the property managers were very quick to resolve and followed up with us promptly - very impressed. We were a family of 4 and did not require a home this large, but could certainly see how it would be great to accommodate larger groups! We will definitely return to this property and resort again in the very near future.

It was awesome and had a great experience. First air BNB ever to give us extra towels and pool towels as well. That was awesome especially for our late group. One silly suggestion I can make, more toilet paper under the sink. Thanks again! Great experience!!! Awesome, clean house! Plenty of space!!!!
