Step outside to your own private screened pool and spa area, designed for relaxation and fun:
✔ Heated pool and spa (optional heating)
✔ Outdoor dining table for 4 under a shaded lanai
✔ 2 sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun
✔ Pool safety fence for added peace of mind
Note: Pool and spa heating is optional and available for an additional fee (minimum 3 consecutive days). Recommended from October through May. This home uses gas pool heat.

No parking on grass, sidewalks, or in front of driveways/mailboxes

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
