Step outside to your own private screened pool and spa area, designed for relaxation and fun:
✔ Heated pool and spa (optional heating)
✔ Outdoor dining table for 4 under a shaded lanai
✔ 2 sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sun
✔ Pool safety fence for added peace of mind
📌 Please note: Pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates, and restrictions do apply. This home has a Gas pool heater, which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool heating is recommended from October through May.

-No Overnight Street Parking, your vehicle will be towed at your own expense

-No parking for motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, trucks or commercial vehicles.
-Do not block any sidewalks, other home s driveways or mailboxes
-No parking on grass or sidewalks
-Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at your expense.
- HOA violations fees per vehicle towed will be charged at $75.
- Quiet Hours are 10PM to 7AM
