Overall a great stay

Overall, a great stay. Communication was excellent and amenities were as expected. Would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Disney Vacation. We really enjoyed our stay here.

by Bridget 2022-12-31

Disney Vacation. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious enough for our family of 6. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's only about a 20 minute drive to Disney. We had upgraded the pool to be heated but didn't get a chance to enjoy it because we got back to the house late every evening. The games in the game room could use an upgrade. Orlando Rent A Villa is very easy to work with and responds quickly. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent

The only thing negative I have about this house is the water pressure in the showers. Other than that everything else was perfect for our vacation. The house is close to Disney and a couple grocery stores to stock on things that are needed for your stay. When we decide to come back to the area we will definitely try and book with rent a villa.

Nice place and area.

Our home was spacious, clean and well appointed for the vacationing family with children. Customer service was friendly and quick to respond to an afterhours question. Our family would recommend this house to anyone, as well as the rental company.

Beautiful accessible home

by James 2018-05-24

This was our second time staying at this home. The home is beautiful and clean that provides an accessible access to the home and that s wheelchair friendly with large roll in shower. The pool is wonderful! We would recommend this home to anyone seeking a wheelchair accessible home.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was cozy and clean and quite spacious. The view from the pool area is beautiful looking over the field. Every morning we would watch the beautiful sunrise over the trees. Breathtaking. Very private backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything u need to cook a meal. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, silverware and glassware. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfy. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and that you Had to pay extra to heat itt. Overall this house was perfect for us and we would be happy to return another time.

This was my first experience staying at a villa and indeed it exceeded my expectations. It was close to our destinations and plus local shops. Two thumbs up !!!

Very functional and well located home and what's most imortant, accessible for a wheelchair. I wouldmost definately stayagain. No problems but in anycase rent a villa folks were always friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my three week stay so enjoyable. Mike Anderson

The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The 4 bedrooms were more then enough to house our family. The 3 bathrooms made privacy possible. The games in the garage kept the kids busy when we weren't doing anything or relaxing for the day. Only minor thing was the mini basketball game had all flat basketballs but if that's the only complaint, then it's fine. I would come again.

We want to come back next year! I am in a wheelchair as is my boyfriend. The kitchen is not accessible so it's important to have a standing person with you.And you need a sling to operate the lift so bring your own. I was impressed however and definitely will come back if I am able. The management company responded quickly and efficiently when we arrived and there wasn't a coffee pot to go with the coffee maker. They hand delivered one the next morning before coffee time! Thank you!

A/C

by Marcus 2016-06-18

The house was great only complaint was that the A/C would not keep in day time but once the sun went down it was good.

by Kim 2019-12-27

Great stay! Spotless home and great customer service! We will absolutely stay there again.
