Amazing place to stay at. Me and my family love the home. My daughter favorite part is the pool. This home is great, if you have kids the doors have alarms that if your kids try to open it the alarm will go off. But this house is amazing, I will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean and comfy! The pool area was private and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. We were checked on via text once we arrived to make sure everything was as it should be for us and that we did not have any questions, which was a very nice touch. We only had to reach out once about something that needed an assessment, and it was taken care of that same day, and very promptly! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a fantastic stay in this home. Spacious and well appointed, 8 of us were very comfortable sharing the space. The pool area was fantastic. Nice and close to the tennis court and gym facilities. A great location that was close to shopping, golf, and Disney. Would be a wonderful place for a large family or even 2 families.

Amazing vacation home

This house goes beyond expectations; it is beautiful, very very clean, fully equipped for all your entertainment needs and the location could not be better, less than a minute from the gates and the clubhouse/tennis courts. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing! Super responsive and friendly owners! Highly recommended!

A Perfect Getaway!

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy and welcoming — like a true home away from home. Every little detail was thought of, from the fully stocked kitchen to the super comfy beds and plush towels. The location was perfect — peaceful and private, yet close enough to local attractions, restaurants, a tennis court, and shops. We especially loved the private pool and hot tub. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and make great memories, this is it. We’ll definitely be back — and we’re already recommending it to our friends and family!

This property was perfect for the 8 of us that visited. Clean, comfortable and convenient to all the activities we had planned. We used the tennis courts daily, played beach volleyball, the gym and repeatedly used the hot tub and pool. Great vacation.

We had an amazing vacation, thanks to our comfortable stay and close proximity to attractions like Disney. The home had a private pool and jacuzzi which made for great afternoon swims and easily accessible tennis/pickleball/beach volleyball court as well as a children’s playground for a day of just staying in. There was more than enough room for 8 of us to comfortably vacation together. There was so much to do, that we didn’t even get to the foozeball/ping pong table that is in the house. So much to do but also just a relaxing and comfortable environment to kick up your feet and unwind.

If you're looking for a fantastic home base while visiting Orlando, Jamieson Way is the best option! It's like your home away from home, and has everything you need - tons of space, very clean, and even a pool and jacuzzi. The home is also very centrally located - close to Disney and attractions, very close to all major freeways, and not to mention tons of shopping and food options right around the corner! Whenever we visit, we always stay here!

Very well kept 4 bedroom,3.5 bathroom house with a lovely pool and hot tub. Very quiet gated community and only a one minute walk to the community gym and tennis/pickleball court. A great house for an Orlando vacation. Highly recommend and we will be back!

The house was spacious

The house was spacious and had a nice patio with a pool. They had extra towels for us but were stingy with toilet paper and paper towels. House was dusty but overall was nice. The front door sometimes wouldn’t accept the key code but does work after a few tries! The pool door has an alarm that would set off every time you’d come out/in so it was annoying at times. Other than that the experience was good and is not much of a far drive from the parks and recreational areas.

This unit was great and exactly what we expected. It is perfect for a group that needs 2 master bedrooms. Very clean and well taken care of - the management team contacted me multiple times just to see if I needed anything. Only negatives are that the driveway is small and awkward especially for a big truck (not a big deal), the unit is a little farther away than other places I've rented (but still no more than 20 minutes) and the mattresses were strangely loud when you would lie down in bed (but still comfortable). Now if you plan on staying here you know everything that may surprise you - otherwise the unit was perfect!

Our family really enjoyed our stay again this year! This villa is equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable vacation. We especially appreciated having the afternoon sun over the pool area which extends our time in the pool and hot tub. It's evident that the owners take pride in the general upkeep of the villa (we noticed some updates such as new flooring, since the last visit & the property looked 'fresh' unlike some other places we've rented on multiple occasions). We would confidently return here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Disney parks, and close to stores/ restaurants. The pool was great, too. Only issue was that all the beds were very squeaky and shook if you turned over. Other than that they were comfortable. I would recommend this home.

Great rental

There were only two issues that we had with the rental unit. The hot tub was not heated. We were not sure if we were supposed to request that or not. The other was that the unit had a tendency to stay warm. I understand the weather is different in Florida. A quick trip to Walmart to buy a fan made it somewhat better. Would rent again.

Spacious well equipped villa in quiet surroundings

We enjoyed our stay at this villa , there was plenty of space , towels , bedding , and the whole place was very well equipped , the kitchen was particularly good . Our only comments would be that the pool furniture was a bit basic and there was only one sun lounger . The place had been cleaned, however it must have been several weeks before we arrived because the dust was thick on all the tables which was a bit disappointing. The bathrooms were clean . The pool area could do with a bit of a clean too , there were several lizard skeletons lying around . There were strict rules about the trash but we found that there wasn’t a recycling bin anyway, but Eagle came and kindly collected it . None of this detracted from our holiday and we would recommend Tuscan Villas. The location is great , near to Publix and Walmart and lovely and quiet .
