The Hamlet Villa is a single story home that offers a spacious and open floor plan for a relaxing Florida vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils, which will allow you to have a few meals in to save money. The dining room table has seating for 6 and the breakfast nook has seating for 4, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa and recliner with a flat panel TV. Internet Speed 1Gbps
The bedrooms are nicely appointed and spaced out so your family will be able to relax and have privacy during your stay. The master suite has a queen bed and attached master bathroom that features a stand up shower, garden tub and dual sink vanity. The second master suite has a queen bed and ensuite bath with a stand up shower and single sink vanity. This bathroom has pool access. The 2 master suites have tvs with cable connected. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a twin bunk bed.
Outside you will find your private pool that is screened in for your comfort. There is outdoor dining with seating for 4 and 3 sun loungers. This home offers garage parking for two cars and driveway parking for an additional 2 cars.
Please note that pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
