Speaking of great location, you will be just the second home (out of more than 700!) inside the resort community with driveway views of Emerald Island’s famous dolphin fountain and a simple walk across the street to the resort clubhouse which features many of Emerald Island’s amenities. You can wave to the friendly 24 hour security personnel from the driveway and find the entrance to the community nature trail directly around the corner. You won’t need a car for any of the resort’s amenities because you are in the best location in the resort! Right outside the resort you will find access to every restaurant and entertainment spot you can imagine. You are right in the heart of everything.
Your luxurious pool and spa is absolutely private with tall hedges on the sides and lush green manicured landscape adorned with stunning tropical plants and Emerald Island’s magnificent private conservation directly behind the pool. A large covered lanai offers two outdoor dining sets and a comfortable lounge area with overhead fans for your comfort. Enjoy complete serenity as you listen to the soothing sound of dual waterfalls along the back of the pool or the roaring jets of the attached heated spa (pool and spa heat optional).
